- The City of Courtenay (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified consulting firms for the development of a Zero-Emission Vehicles Fleet Transition Plan.
Proponents, for all or any part, shall base their Proposal on furnishing everything including all labour, materials, tools, equipment and all necessary supplies and incidentals required to fulfil the scope of works.
