TENDER ISSUE NOTIFICATION: TP04.2 On August 5, 2024 a massive hailstorm passed through the City of Calgary causing extensive damage across parts of north Calgary. The Calgary Airport Domestic Terminal Building was significantly impacted with extensive flooding and damage to Concourse B. The Airport Authority is currently undertaking a complete restoration of Concourse B interior.The extent of this tender package is limited to the following trade scopes for the seismic upgrades only: Concrete Cutting & Coring Reinforcing Steel Concrete Supply Concrete Pump, Place & Finish Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals Finish Carpentry, Millwork & Solid Surfaces Metal Cladding Fire Spray Hollow Metal Doors, Pressed Steel Frames & Hardware Overhead Doors Exterior Glazing Drywall Assemblies & Acoustic Ceilings Resilient Flooring & Tiling High Performance Coatings Painting Specialties Mechanical Electrical
