Description:
PCL Construction Management Inc. (PCL) are working with the Calgary Airport Authority as Construction Manager (As-Agent) for the YYC DTB Roof Restoration Project. Applications for Tender Package 02 Concourse A are currently being accepted for the following scopes of work: 1. Scaffolding & Temporary Access 2. Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals 3. Metal Wall Cladding 4. Roofing 5. Mechanical 6. Electrical Requests for proposal documents may be obtained by contacting Mike Murage via email at MGMurage@pcl.com. Proponents should note the following tender dates: Issue of RFP Documents: 17 June 2025 Mandatory Site Visit: 19 June 2025, 11:00AM RFI Deadline: 23 June 2025, 12:00PM RFP Closing: 3 July 2025, 2:00PM Submissions will be accepted on the specified forms only, in order to be considered, and shall be submitted to PCL via the instructions posted in the RFP documents. Proponents to confirm they meet the following mandatory requirements when requesting documents: 1. Airport Experience 2. Ability to provide 50% Labour & Material AND 50% Performance Bonding for scopes over $5M 3. Provide COR documentation/confirmation 4. Provide WCB documentation/confirmation
