Tender are invited for YRHS Roof Replacement 2020

Synopsis: Replacement of 4,343 m2 (46,747 ft2) of existing roofing system with new SBS roofing system in the Base Bid and possible Alternate roof areas totalling 1,687 m2 (18,159 ft2). Plans and specifications in electronic PDF format are available from 1080 Architecture, Planning + Interiors and SaskTenders.ca or may be viewed at the Regina, Moose Jaw and Saskatoon Construction Association offices. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender and a Consent of Surety. Roofers can bid as General Contractors. Roofers must be CRCA members. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted Emailed Bids for construction of the above-noted project will be received up to 2:00 p.m., CST, FRIDAY, December 11, 2020 at the offices of 1080 Architecture, Planning and Interiors, 3434 Regina Avenue, Regina, SK S4S 7J9, and opened in public immediately after.
