Description:
The major items of work include the following approximate quantities: 1. General requirements including mobilization, de-mobilization and survey layout etc. 2. Approximately 39,270m2 tree cutting, grubbing, brushing and clearing (subject to site conditions and deletion) 3. Approximately 39,270m2 topsoil, peat, and organic matter stripping, hauling, stockpiling and dispose off (300mm depth; subject to site conditions and deletion) 4. Supply and install approximately 908m new fence (subject to site conditions and deletion) 5. Supply and install 4 new, 6m wide and 2.44m high swing gate (subject to site conditions and deletion) 6. Remove, dispose off and plug with bentonite existing 6 monitoring well (subject to site conditions and deletion) 7. Supply and install 4 new, monitoring wells (subject to site conditions and deletion) 8. Supply & install new PVC DR35, 2,316m, 300mm dia. Treated Wastewater Discharge Pipeline (TWDP), 2m-5m deep by shored vertical trench 9. Supply & install approximately 54v.m, new 18 sulfate resistance 1,200 mm diameter manholes 10. Supply & install 11 new NF-80 (floating) manhole-s frame and cover c/w final grade adjustment 11. Supply & install 7 new NF-39 (standard) manhole-s frame and cover c/w final grade adjustment 12.
