Xplor Recreation (PerfectMind) Parks and Recreation Management System Software Subscription

Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Xplor Recreation for a thirty-six month period commencing January 28, 2025 for the following service:

PerfectMind Parks and Rec Management System Software Subscription with a total anticipated value of $253,800.

The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:
1. Xplor Recreation develops, sells, maintains and supports the PerfectMind system.
2. Xplor Recreation has extensive experience collaborating with Municipalities.

Vendors able to provide the same product and services are to submit information and rationale in writing, quoting the NOI number and title sent to email: bid@coquitlam.ca

on or before 2:00 pm PST on
January 8, 2025

Please note that the Purchasing department at City Hall will be closed at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and reopen at 8:00 am on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Queries will not be reviewed until January 2, 2025. City service operations will remain in full service.
