Tender Details SCOPE
This tender consists of the supply, and delivery of two (2) X-Ray Generators and one (1) Imaging System as described within the Item Description detailed below. Please see attached for further product specification requirements.

Equivalent brand/products may be accepted upon review and acceptance by the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture, & Fisheries.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document. Vendors shall be able to meet the required specifications detailed within the item description and attached specifications.

Only specifications which comply with the tender documents and have previously been approved by the Department of AGRICULTURE, AQUACULTURE & FISHERIES - VET SERVICES LAB, in writing, shall be considered acceptable for supply. Failure to meet these specifications may result in no award.

If bidder(s) choose to submit an 'equivalent Brand', they must provide product information at the time of bid submission.

HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
