Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires course delivery services to provide virtual training on three (3) subjects: - Writing skills - Advanced writing skills - Briefing (verbal) senior executives Intended for executives and middle managers with executive potential (i.e. EX minus 1s and 2s). The aim of the contract is to strengthen competencies and skills, and provide the necessary tools to write material intended for, or to brief, senior executives at the Director General, Assistant Deputy Minister, Deputy Minister and Minister levels. The Operations Sector contributes to a stronger Canada by delivering immigration, citizenship, and passport programs through innovative, client centric services and a well-supported workforce. The sector is accountable for delivering and providing functional authority on all immigration, citizenship and passport lines of business, including refugee resettlement and asylum. The Sector has in-house expertise on client service, case management, business intelligence, integrity risk management, analytics and other disciplines that drive program enhancements and our responses to regulatory changes and emerging priorities.
