Description:
The intent is to seek proposals from proponents for operating the food and beverage concession for the West Perth Keterson Park Concession Booth located at Keterson Park, 185 Wellington Street., Mitchell.Proponents will need to provide all of the necessary services required to operate the concession booth. This includes supplying food, staffing, cleaning, inventory control, and reporting any maintenance issues to municipal staff. The concession equipment, owned by the Municipality of West Perth will be available to you, however, any equipment that is leased or under a service contract is at the respondents- discretion to continue once the service agreement time period is complete. The Municipality will provide a basic minimum schedule for hours of operation that is required for the booth to be open to provide service. Proponents are required to provide service at these times. It is at the proponent-s discretion to extend these hours of operation.
See Schedule A for standard terms that are anticipated to be required in an agreement between the successful respondent and the Municipality of West Perth.
