- Proponents are invited to submit Proposals in one, or more, of the following two (2) Streams: • Stream 1 - Workplace Print and Productivity Solutions Equipment Category 1 - Multifunction Devices (MFDs) Equipment Category 2 - Deskside and Mobile Printers • Stream 2 - Large Format Printers and Scanners Equipment Category 3 - Large Format Printers Equipment Category 4 - Scanners The term of the agreement will be for a period of five (5) years, commencing upon the execution of the agreement, with an option in favour of Supply Ontario to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up two (2) years. Supply Ontario is seeking to ensure uninterrupted goods and services to Ontario Public Service (OPS) Clients. The use of the VOR arrangement will be mandatory for all ministries and agencies covered by the OPS Procurement Directive, regardless of value. The VOR arrangement will also be open to non-OPS entities on an optional basis
