- CALL FOR TENDERS FOR CONTRACTOR WORK TO REFECT THE ENVELOPE AND INTERIOR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 130, RUE DALHOUSIELThe Quebec Port Authority (the Administration) is requesting tenders for the work and/or services described below, without limitation: The repair of the building envelope, in particular the restoration of wooden windows, the stabilization of the masonry aimed at maintaining the performance of the envelope in order to ensure the sustainability of the work, in particular, without be limited to this, with regard to waterproofing, reconstruction of the pediment and relocation of the vicious air outlet on the roof of the building; The interior redevelopment work of the building, including the reinstallation of the power supply unit main air supply, modifications to the building's mechanics and electricity in connection with the interior redevelopment of the building, the redevelopment of non-heritage toilets in the northwest portion of the building in order to make them compliant with standards in force, the demolition and construction of partitions according to the proposed interior layout plans, the mechanical (HVAC), electrical and telecommunications/computer systems, the supply and installation of fixed furniture in cabinetmaking, without limitation.
