- Trucking HR Canada is seeking a contractor to develop and help us implement an evaluation framework that will assess the design, execution, and results of our multi-year "Systemic Change" project. This project aims to advance women-s economic prosperity and support equitable leadership in the trucking industry through a Women-s Leadership Accord and accompanying Equity Champion initiative. The Women-s Leadership Accord will outline specific goals, steps and criteria to give direction to industry efforts to improve opportunities for women; the Equity Champion component of the project will provide training to enhance individuals' capacity to advocate for gender equity and to drive change in their workplaces and in the industry more broadly.
