Summary Details:
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing") to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification ("RFPQ"). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for a CCDC 2 Stipulated Price Contract. The contract will be for the Construction Services of Women's Transition Housing (WTH) project in Northern Region, BC and further described in Appendices.
This RFPQ requires Respondents submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Respondents should submit their Responses in accordance with the following timetable and instructions.
Issue Date of RFPQ: April 6, 2021
Deadline for NDA: April 9, 2021 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
Deadline for Questions: April 16, 2021 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: April 21, 2021
Submission Date Deadline: April 28, 2021@ 2:00 P.M. PT
