Description:
Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform: Replace exterior windows and washroom upgrade at the Wolseley Memorial Integrated Care Cente as described in the Contract Documents. Bids must be received by SHA at the email address in full and arrive before February 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time). All submissions are to be sent to the following e-mail address, SHABidSubmission@saskhealthauthority.ca. Submissions will not be accepted if they are sent to any other e-mail address; i.e. DO NOT submit your proposals directly to the SHA Representative/Purchasing Agent/Contract Specialist listed in this RFP. A non-mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for February 15, 2024 at1:30 p.m.. Please meet in front of the North doors of the Wolseley Memorial Integrated Care Centre, 701 Ouimet St, Wolseley, SK S0G 5H0 All Bidders are encouraged to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Building is currently under construction so windows will only be able to be viewed from the exterior. Access to view the future washroom space will be limited to that specific room only. PPE will be required: steel toe boots, high visability vest, hardhat, & eye protection. Safety requirements of construction site owner must be followed.
