- Township of Severn’s Public Works Department is looking for a qualified aggregate production Contractor to supply of all labour and equipment to screen, haul, mix, and stockpile approximately 8,000 metric tonnes of winter sand material for the Township of Severn Public Works Department. The screening of sand will be from the Township of Severn Pit (raw material supplied by the Township). The hauling is from the Township of Severn Pit to two (2) separate works yard locations within the Township. The mixing will be to produce a uniform blend of screened winter sand with 6% course highway salt (supplied by the Township). The stacking of blended material will be into covered storage facilities at the works yard locations.
