Description:
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold-s to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Winslow Crescent Watermain Detailed Design Between Sullivan Avenue and Michigan Avenue in the City of Thorold, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The city is inviting proposals from qualified engineering consultants (Consultant) to submit proposal for the Winslow Crescent Watermain Detailed Design Between Sullivan Avenue and Michigan Avenue in the City of Thorold. The city is soliciting a proposal for the detailed design of the Winslow Crescent Watermain replacement project between Sullivan Avenue and Michigan Avenue in the City of Thorold. Winslow Crescent Road is approximately 390 meters in length, and it-s bound by Sullivan Avenue to the north and Michigan Avenue Sullivan Avenue on the southwest quadrant. The proposed watermain is approximately 390 meters in length from Sullivan Avenue and Michigan Avenue and may extend or vary in length beyond the limits to allow for future connections.
