The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: To provide cleaning services for exterior windows (inside and outside surfaces) and exterior stainless steel building details on the WCB's office building located at 333 Broadway, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.Description of ServicesThe WCB has its windows and exterior stainless steel building details at 333 Broadway cleaned on an annual basis. If it is an exceptionally dirty/dusty season, the WCB may have the windows and exterior stainless-steel details cleaned a second time.The WCB is flexible to accommodate the Contractor's schedule for when the cleaning will be performed, as long as it is sometime between the months of May and October, at a mutually agreed upon date(s).The Contractor will clean all windows (interior and exterior surfaces) and exterior stainless steel building details on the WCB's office building located at 333 Broadway, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.The WCB's office facilities must remain fully functional and no loud noises will be permitted if the Services are performed during Business Hours. The Services must be performed by properly trained personnel.The Services shall normally be performed during Business Hours with consideration given to ensure the WCB offices remain fully functional between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Business Days. If the Contractor opts to perform any portion of the Services outside Business Hours it shall not be entitled to charge overtime rates....
