Description:
Neighbours Community Homes ("Owner"), a non-profit supportive housing agency managing 53 residential locations and more than 1,100 units across the City of Toronto, invites bids for window replacements. Mandatory site visits are scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m. EDT at 219 Broadview Avenue, Toronto, ON M4M 2G3 and ending at 328-330 Dundas Street East, Toronto, ON M5A 1Z6. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entirety of both meetings. Bidders unable to attend the entirety of both meetings may be disqualified from bidding.
