Description:
Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit vendors to provide window cleaning services for the Pasqua Hospital, Regina General Hospital, Wascana Rehab Centre and Regina Pioneer Village. This service shall involve annual cleaning and monthly cleanings as outlined below. Term of Contract: The term of this contract shall be for a 36 month period beginning with the option of two 12 months mutual options for extension. Pricing: The awarded vendor is required to provide all required equipment to complete the job. A scissor lift will required for the annual interior cleaning at the Pasqua Hospital. The scissor lift will not be provided by the SHA for any of the sites; the cost of the rental or use will be reflected in the vendor-s quoted price. ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: 13. The following is the anticipated schedule of events related to this RFP.
