- The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to conduct an infrastructure review and assessment to guide upgrades with prioritized lists, schedule and cost estimates to replace water system infrastructure for the Willowbrook Water System. The successful Respondent shall also provide a life-span of system components, provide recommendations for projected growth and a digital model of both the existing and growth components which is compatible with our mapping service.
