Willoughby Community Park is located at 7782 200 Street, Langley Township BC V2Y 1S4. There are four existing Artificial Turf fields, (North West Field, North East Field, South West Field and South East Field), spray park, Amphitheatre, beach volley, tennis and basketball courts, and few parking lots all existing in the park. This tender is for the South East Field expansion which includes: enhancements to the surrounding pathway, landscape, earthworks and utility work, retaining walls, raised curbs, chain link fences and gates, sports furnishings, stairs, ramps, screening fence for storage containers, restoration of planting area, and additional sport court lighting The successful tenderer will be required to complete full site servicing requirements, and to prepare the site for the Turf installation which will be supplied by others. - Documents:
