Description:
Project Description : Leduc County is seeking a Contractor for the construction of the Wildland Meadows Onsite Wastewater Systems. The major components include a new flow meter vault, upgrades to an existing pump tank, two new dosing tanks and 12 mounds. A description of the work, and engineering plans are provided in the tender package.A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted. Details are as follows:Date: April 4th, 2023Start Time: 1:00 p.m.Location: Wildland Meadows Development (Meet at Control Building)Attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting is limited to two (2) representatives per Contractor. At least one (1) representative of the Contractor Must attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. Failure to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting will result in disqualification from further participation in this competitive process.The Pre-Bid Meeting is intended to provide the Contractors the opportunity to receive further clarification on the requirements of this IFB. It is anticipated that the meeting will last approximately two (2) hours.Contractors are requested to register with Security at the front desk before proceeding to the meeting room. There is limited parking available in the immediate vicinity of the Jarvis Building.
