Suite 300 - 1285 West Broadway Vancouver BC V6H 3X8 Attention: Jonathan Woo, P.Eng The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: .1 Structural repair of concrete deterioration due to corrosion of reinforcing steel (delamination repairs) where directed by Consultant. .2 Steel/Concrete renewal of existing precast connection and bearing plates. .3 Installation of wall joint sealants. .4 Exterior wall waterproofing and associated work including removal and replacement of existing plaza finishes A mandatory bid meeting will be held on site at 10:00h on December , 2025 for the benefit of all bidders.
