Notice Details This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of a wheelchair accessible minibus for SNB Logistics located at the Saint John Regional Hospital, as further described in Appendix D - ITT Deliverables. This ITT is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act and Regulation 2014-93 thereunder, and in the event of conflict between the provisions of the ITT and the overarching legislation, the latter will prevail over the conflicting provision of the ITT.
