The works consists of the following:1. Refurbishment and upgrade of the existing wharf;2. Construction of a new turning dolphin;3. Construction of a bridge that will connect the existing wharf to the new dolphin; 4. Removal and salvage of the existing berthing fenders, and a portion of the existing mooring bollards;5.
