Tender are invited for WHARF APPROACH REPLACEMENT

Notice Details Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents addressed to the undersigned will be
received until 2:00 PM, local time, September 10, 2025, at the Town of Saint Andrews, 212 Water Street, Saint Andrews, NB, E5B 1B4.

The public tender opening will be held immediately after the 2:00 PM closing at the W.C. O'Neill Arena Complex, 24 Reed Avenue, Saint Andrews, NB, E5B 1A1.

The project is in the Town of Saint Andrews. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited replacement of the Saint Andrews Wharf Approach Structure including all demolition, infill revetment complete with associated rock fill and armour stone, steel pile supported concrete deck wharf, environmental protection procedures and requirements, water and sanitary services, electrical upgrades and lighting, timber bracing replacement on existing wharf structure, pile wrap corrosion protection on existing pier head steel piles and all site restoration including asphalt paving on top the new infilled area.

Bidders must be registered with CBCL Limited by emailing abranscombe@cbcl.ca, 48 hours prior to the tender closing to have their bid submission accepted. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Saint Andrews, in the amount of 10% of the tender price must also accompany each Tender.

The Town of Saint Andrews reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
