- BACKGROUND Weyburn Community Health Services is a healthcare service provider to the residents of Weyburn, SK under the Saskatchewan Health Authority. This facility is a community-based facility with a primary health care focus. Service provided are adult and child immunization, home care, mental health & addiction, occupation therapy, oral health, palliative care, sexual health (testing, treatment, support, and education), and take-home naloxone kits. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Consultant shall perform the following services in connection with the project: Weyburn Community Health Service Centre - Valves and Piping Project SHA is seeking professional engineering consulting services from firms that will act as the prime consultant and their assembled sub-consultant teams to provide design upgrades for the Steam Heating renovation at the Weyburn Community Health Services Centre.
