- Description: Summary of Work .1 the Work of this Contract Involves all the Work Relating to the Construction of a New Multisport Outdoor Facility at West Royalty Community Centre (Wrcc) in Charlottetown, Pei. the Contract will Include all General and Subcontracts Work. the Work Includes but is not Necessarily Limited To: .1 Site Work Involving Excavation, Backfilling, Structural Fill, Gravel, Asphalt Paving, Topsoil, Sodding/Seeding and other Miscellaneous Site Work and Site Services; .2 Pressure Treated Timber Board System, Gates, Fencing, Netting, Hardware, Miscellaneous Metal; .3 Concrete Bases as Indicated; .4 Electrical Work Including Wiring, Light Fixtures, and Connection to the Power Supply; .5 Traffic Control during Construction; .6 Drainage, Erosion Control and Environmental Protection. .2 all in Accordance with the Requirements of the Specifications and Drawings Listed on their Respective Index of Specifications and Drawings. .3 the Work of this Project is Subject to Permitting and Approval from Authorities having Jurisdiction Including the City of Charlottetown. .4 all Charges by Utility Companies Including Maritime Electric Company, Bellaliant, Eastlink, Charlottetown Water & Sewer Utility, Relating to the Extension And/Or Relocation of Services Shall be Included in the Tender Price.
