Work includes; Excavation, Helical Piles for Footing Repairs, Rain Water Leader to UndergroundStorm Piping to Street Connections, Demolition of the Existing Concrete Stairs & Landings, NewConcrete Stairs & Landings with New Metal Guardrails & Handrails, New Exterior Surfaces -Concrete Sidewalks, Asphalt, Topsoil and Sod.
