- Tender are invited for West Lethbridge Operations Depot Phase 3A - Consulting Services
Project Description : This project, funded under D-19 of the current CIP, anticipates the conceptual design of an administration building and approximate 20 bay facility for equipment and fleet storage as well as a material storage area and site improvements (parking lot and landscaping). In addition, there is a need identified for 20 to 30 covered (non-heated) storage bays for equipment storage in off-peak seasons (if funding permits). The primary work will involve detailed design of the storage building, non-heated storage bays and parking area (site improvements), including construction monitoring service and construction wrap up, as-built drawing and warranty inspections after one year.
