Description:
The work included in this Contract includes the supply of material, labour, and equipment for the complete construction of works in accordance with the accompanying plans and contract documents. The work includes but is not limited to the following:
At each of the West Lambton Lane residential dwellings (Municipal No. 272, 300, 305 & 310): • Replacement of package sewage pumping stations. • Temporary maintenance of flow provisions for the duration of work disrupting normal station operation. • Electrical disconnect and reconnect of SPS-s power and controls (Control Panel supplied with new SPS-s). • Complete restoration of any disturbed areas from construction including topsoil, sod and flower gardens as detailed on the Drawings. • Provisional work to be completed only if approved by Contract Administrator in writing.
It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions.
The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
