Description : No totals required. No right or duty, in whole or in part, of the vendor under a contract issued may be assigned or delegated without the prior consent of the Strategic Procurement Branch. This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. QUALITY CONTROL, TESTING, INSPECTION AND TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES WELDING FOR CONSTRUCTION The purpose of this tender is to create a Contract of Supply with one or more qualified Contractors capable of providing inspection services for welded steel construction at various New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure project sites throughout New Brunswick. The Department may require qualified personnel to either supplement department inspection personnel or to act on behalf of the Department. Contracts will be established for each of the tests stated in the attached document based on price. The Department reserves the right to award more than one contract for each of the below tests. Administration, reports and supervisory time will be considered inclusive in the cost for all tests to be performed.
