Description:
The Rural Municipality of Touchwood No. 248 requires the services of a qualified and experienced Weed Inspector and Service Provider for 2025. The successful proponent will provide services as requested by the RM to control vegetation including regulated weeds (noxious and prohibited weeds), nuisance weeds and other weeds of concern on lands owned, leased or managed by the RM or on private lands to enforce the Weed Control Act. Tender submission will include supply and application of pre-approved herbicides, a valid and current applicator license, detailed listing of services provided including price per acre for application, travel/mileage rates. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse or accept any or all tenders and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. Proposals marked “Weed Management 2025” will be received until 3:00pm (Saskatchewan Time) Friday February 7, 2025 at the office of The Rural Municipality of Touchwood No. 248 Box 189 Raymore Sk S0A 3J0. Proposals will be accepted by email rm248@sasktel.net.
