Description:
The Municipality is seeking bids from qualified contractors who are able to provide all labour, materials and equipment required to provide services for weed cutting as requested by the Municipality of Clarington-s Municipal By-Law Enforcement Division.
Requests for service by the Municipality of Clarington for weed cutting may be made at any time; subsequently the contractor shall be available or have an answering service with twenty-four-hour access to ensure a response in a timely manner.
If at any time, the contractor is unable to be reached, does not respond, or is unavailable, the Municipality of Clarington reserves the right to use an alternate.
All work will need to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein.
Provide your best competitive price to meet the requirements of this document. Pricing submitted must include all labour, materials, and equipment to complete the work in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications contained within this document.
The award for this project will be based on pricing submitted, satisfactory check of references supplied, past performance, if applicable, and the vendor-s ability to satisfy the Municipality of its understanding of the scope of the work
