- The Province is seeking Proposals for the provision of qualified personnel to provide fire weather forecasting and related services to the Ministry of Forests, BC Wildfire Service (“BCWS”), Cariboo Fire Centre (“CAFC”), Northwest Fire Centre (“NWFC”) and Provincial Wildfire Coordination Centre (“PWCC”). In addition, relief forecasting services may be required by BCWS for any Fire Centre location and will be provided subject to forecaster availability. The Weather Forecasting Services must be supplied remotely from a fully equipped weather office (work site) provided by the Contractor.
