Notification of Project

1.0 This notification is provided to inform and advise that the ALLP renovation including room HVAC Upgrades, and track repairs project at Wallaceburg District Secondary School is being requested by the Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) is forthcoming.
This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the tender and contract documents.

The Intent of this Request for Bid is to obtain bids to complete the ALLP renovation including room HVAC Upgrade and track repairs as outlined on the scope of services.

Planned issue: April 30, 2025
Planned Submission deadline: May 27, 2025
Project start date: As agreed by the Board.
The Purchaser may amend any timeline, including the Submission Deadline, without liability, cost, or penalty, and within its sole discretion.
The Project may be subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other applicable agreements.
