Description:
The City of Clarence-Rockland invites proposals from professional firms interested in the provision of consulting services for an in-depth consultation and planning process that will result in the development of a comprehensive, AODA compliant Waterfront Master Plan.
The development of a waterfront master plan that will serve as a visionary and actionable framework to guide the transformation of over 7 kilometers of Ottawa River shoreline into a vibrant, inclusive, and economically resilient waterfront. The plan must be rooted in the City-s strategic priorities and long-term vision as articulated in the 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, the 2022 Economic Development Strategy, and the community vision document 'Propelling the Transformation of Clarence-Rockland-s Waterfront Vision'.
The successful proponent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including investigation, consultation, community engagement, and the comprehensive development of the Waterfront Master Plan. All community engagement activities and the executive summary of the Master Plan must be provided in both official languages, French and English, to ensure full accessibility and inclusivity for the City-s bilingual community.
