Are you interested in being a seasonal or year-round food/beverage vendor to support a vibrant waterfront experience that attracts visitors and supports entrepreneurs in the development and growth of their businesses. The City of Brockville James A.C. Auld Harbour Services Building canteen/kitchen is comprised of 400 square feet of floor space, complete with outside serving window, and a patio area of approximately 1,300 square feet for seating. The City of Brockville is accepting proposals to lease this unique space for the next 5 years.
The bidder has the opportunity to create a vision to serve the public, tourists and other activities as well as annual events along the waterfront. It-s only a 5-minute walk from other local downtown business entrepreneurs that will only enhance the experience.
The spectacular river view is an exciting year-round tourist attraction for boaters, scuba diving, kayakers, cargo ship viewing from the many parking spaces made available. This would allow the vendor out of season opportunities that are not currently being taken advantage of.
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek out and select a licensee who will provide a high quality of food service at reasonable prices for patrons.
