REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SERVICES

The City of Surrey (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified water treatment companies (each a “Proponent”) to supply chemicals, provide water treatment services, and conduct chemical analysis of heating and cooling systems and various civic facilities and equipment (the “Services”) as set out in Schedule A-1 - Facilities and Equipment List.

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to collect qualitative and quantitative information necessary to assess Proponent-s ability to provide solutions that best supports the City-s existing building facilities.

INFORMATION MEETING

An information meeting will be hosted by the City Representative to discuss the City-s requirements under this RFP (the “Information Meeting”). At the time of issuance of this RFP a meeting has been scheduled as follows:

When: April 12, 2024

Where: Surrey Operations Centre (Lobby)

Time: 10:00 a.m. (PST)
