- It is the intention of the Board to secure the services of a qualified and competent firm to provide Water Treatment Services at all locations indicated in Appendix C and as amended for the duration of the Agreement.
It is the expectation of the Board that the Successful Bidder of this Tender and the Successful Proponent of this RFP shall be listed as the Board-s pre-approved Water Treatment supplier in all tenders requiring such a service.
