Synopsis: The Village of Consul is seeking engineering, and design to upgrade their drinking water system, to bring it into compliance with provincial and federal regulatory requirements. The project includes the following components: Pilot membranes Water treatment building upgrades, including pre-treatment, installation of a membrane system (2 x 30" diameter filters with associated piping) Electrical upgrades Potentially a backup generator Instrumentation and controls Dedicated backwash pump Heating ventilation and airconditioning with associated mechanical works Miscellaneous piping and appurtenances Additional treated storage requirements Contingency and engineering
