• The project will consist of three (3) separate lots; one (1) for Water System Upgrades, one (1) for Subdivision Phase 1, and one (1) for West Side Servicing and Marine Line.Lot 1 - Water System UpgradesThe Lot 1 project includes but is not limited to the following proposed works: Approximately 300 m of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw water pipe and intake within the Namakan River. Low lift pumping station (LLPS) New single story concrete block building complete with metal roof; New 11.3 m wet well complete with two (2) submersible low lift pumps along with associated piping, valves, magnetic flow meters, and appurtenances; New mechanical, HVAC, electrical and other building services; Site works including driveway, fencing, drainage, etc.; and Approximately 210 m of raw water transmission line. Water Treatment Plant (WTP): Single-storey tall concrete block building complete with metal roof; Pre-selected water treatment system (membrane ultrafiltration (UF) and membrane nanofiltration (NF) along with a calcite filter complete with carbon dioxide (CO2) dosing); Process piping and valves; Two-stage primary disinfection system (ultraviolet (UV) disinfection and chlorine addition / dosing); Four (4) High lift pumps and two (2) Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (ULC) rated fire pumps; Pressure tanks; Below-grade water storage reservoir; Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; Building automation system (BAS); Instrumentation and controls; Extension of three-p...
