- The City of St. John's is seeking to prequalify general contractors for Water Street Infrastructure Improvements - Brick Sewer Rehabilitation for the installation of approximately 820m of Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP), from Queen Street to the Prescott Street/Job-s Cove Intersection.
Due to the complex nature of the project, the City has decided to prequalify contractors in advance of issuing a tender call for this work. The prequalification process is intended to establish a list of up to four (4) general contractors with the necessary expertise, experience and resources to perform the work.
