Description:
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to obtain bid submissions (Bids) from interested, qualified, firms (Bidders) who are capable of undertaking the project for the Cleaning and Inspection services of three water distribution reservoirs for The Corporation of the Town of Hinton (the Town). a) Hardisty Reservoir - 875 Makenny Street i. 6800 cu.m capacity, 8.54m deep, no baffles. The reservoir is partially buried, with a domed roof. Access hatch is located on the domed roof. b) Thompson Lake Reservoir - Access Road from south end Bradwell Street i. 4500cu.m capacity, 5.5m deep, no baffles. The Reservoir is partially buried, with a flat roof. Access hatch is located on flat roof. c) Hillcrest Reservoir & Pumphouse - 134 Seabolt Drive i. 4500 cu.m capacity, 4.0m capacity, 3 cells. The Reservoir is buried, and Pumphouse is constructed over reservoir, with access to reservoir from inside of Pumphouse. d) All Equipment required for entry/exit into the reservoir shall be supplied by the successful bidder.
