Analyze the Township-s current water rate structure and identify areas for improvement.Provide a detailed financial plan ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.Recommend a rate structure that promotes equity, sustainability, and efficiency.Develop projections for long-term operational and capital needs.The objective of this study is to ensure that the Township-s water rates are equitable, financially sustainable, and compliant with municipal regulations, our municipality-s strategic plan, and industry best practices.
