- Submissions marked "COR6603 - 13TH AVE CAST IRON FEEDER MAIN REHAB" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFQ), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on November 21, 2023. The City seeks proposals from qualified construction firms with previous proven experience in rehabilitating large diameter water mains (= 400 mm) with trenchless methods. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, rehabilitation of the pipe section and associated work such as site inspection, traffic control, pit excavation and backfill, replacement of fittings and valves, site restoration, etc. Trenchless methods are preferred for the rehabilitation, as this section of feeder main is adjacent to the General Hospital with heavy traffic. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
