- The City of Weyburn is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for the following parts: • Part 1: Water main replacement at two (2) locations within Weyburn, SK. • Part 2: Street valve replacement at nine (9) locations within Weyburn, SK. • Part 3: Fire hydrant replacement at eight (8) locations within Weyburn, SK. ***Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 will be awarded together as one project; therefore contractor must be able to compete all three parts of the work scope within the outlined schedule milestones. All work is subject to budget constraints therefore select locations may be deleted from the work scope to remain within budget allotment.***
