Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.Some of the criteria include:a. Must be modular in style such that multiple barrier components can be combined to produce various lengths. The total combined length required must be a minimum of 900m of shorelineb. Provide a flood depth protection between 1 to 3 feet in height (0.3 to 0.9 meters)c. Each section must have the ability to be rolled or folded for ease of storage on a standard sized wooden pallet (40 x 48), d. Must be made of an industrial-grade, flexible textile material that is resistant to abrasion and puncture e.
