- The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to provide the North Salt Spring Waterworks District (NSSWD) with a new Water Conservation and Demand Management Plan (WC/DM Plan) to help NSSWD ensure reliable community water supplies in the future. The Plan will outline data-based goals and implementation strategies and provide guidance on community engagement, education campaigns and partnerships to support NSSWD in reducing its water demands.
