- The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Supplier Qualification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is seeking respondents for a competitive roster with nine (9) categories requesting consulting services related to water and wastewater systems and one (1) category requesting well drilling services for groundwater monitoring. Respondents are invited to submit proposals for any and all categories for which they meet the qualifications.
Category 1: Capacity Assessments of WRRFs and SPSs
The Project Manager shall hold a Professional Engineer license in good standing and be legally qualified to practice engineering in the Province of Ontario. Any proposal received from proponents who do not carry this license shall be rejected from further consideration.Category 2: Biological Modelling of WRRFs
